Data processed

Rigonic may process Discord user IDs, guild IDs, channel and role IDs, configuration data, moderation records, command telemetry, OAuth account information and technical logs required to provide and secure the service.

Purpose

Data is processed to operate bot features, authenticate dashboard users, save server settings, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, provide support and improve reliability.

AI providers

If a server owner configures an external AI provider, requests may be sent to that provider according to the selected feature. Provider API keys are stored encrypted by the bot backend and are not exposed to the browser.

Retention

Configuration is kept while required for the service. Operational logs and telemetry are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security, debugging and service analytics. Server owners may request deletion of eligible stored data.

Sharing

Data is not sold. It may be processed by infrastructure or service providers where necessary to operate Rigonic, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. Contact Rigonic through the official support channels for privacy requests.
